Wellbeing and Benefits Advice  –

Continuing with a New Partnership.

 

Caroline Young MBE will be retiring on 1st June after 20 years supporting the Forest of Dean Community providing Wellbeing and Benefits Advice.

 

Our  much-valued Wellbeing and Benefits Advice  Service is continuing unchanged following Caroline’s retirement. We know how important this support is to local residents, so we’re pleased to confirm that the service will carry on without interruption.

To ensure clients continue to receive high-quality, personal support, Lydcare is now working in partnership with North and West Gloucestershire Citizens Advice. Their experienced advisers will be providing home visits on behalf of Lydcare, offering the same friendly, confidential help that clients are used to.

​

Our priority remains supporting people who find it difficult to access services outside their home. With our new partnership in place, clients can feel confident that they will continue to receive reliable, compassionate assistance.

Service that we provide

Our advisor will provide a personal and confidential consultation in the comfort of your own home at a time convenient to you and your family and ensure you obtain all the benefits and services you are entitled to such as Carers allowance, Attendance allowance, Disability allowance, Housing benefits, Blue Badge applications to name a few This service is provided free of charge.

 

Lydcare is funded with a Service Level Agreement from forest of Dean District Council.
